Can i survive my study-work years without coffee?

I was a true blue caffeine lover.
Especially when i needed to kick my adrenaline to rush up!
That was how i boosted my energy during my heavy duty work days, my degrees and my masters years...

But now, caffeine can damage my health badly. (in my case, seriously yes!)
....I don't want 'to loose me' while i m doing my study work.

It s tough to stay focus doing pretty messy houseworks &-nonstopable-head-cracking-tasks, for along time when you are easily exhausted. Honestly, i felt like slowpoke rodriguez in my first year progress...(that's speedy gonzales cousin, the slowest mouse in mexico)

My husband s swiss friend Mr Z, did his 2.5 years PHD without coffee...with 6 hours sleep-like-a-baby everyday, 22km bike ride to University from home & 22km bike ride back to home...
maybe i can try his way... err, not 44km bike ride a day, but maybe 10-20 km a week for start,...
Hopefully my brain can be wired better ... :)

My husband survived his daunting PHD years without coffee too...(but with many sleepless nights in the lab, & almost nearly became a zombie ... ;) ...)

Me ? yeah, i signed up the membership, the 'non-coffee survivor' too... but unlike them, i m still trying to pave my way to 'hopefully-i-know-where-i-m-heading-to- journey'.

yep, i m bored... need a break away for a while...
